Our automated skids are made up of regenerators and ancillary equipment. Everything is installed on a compact chassis that perfectly fits your existing infrastructure. Allowing for a complete and automated assembly and making it easily transportable, a plug and play system for hazardous waste recycling.
The ancillary equipment is available à la carte, including clean and used solvent buffer tanks, pumps, valves, probes, as well as the automation of the whole system. Our teams work with you to develop a solution that best suits to your needs.

We analyse your needs and offer a tailor-made system.
We take into consideration the characteristics you require, such as size, adaptation to your process via the integration of our system into your automation and your control centre.
The type of solvent and residue present will also be decisive in the automated skid system that we offer you.
We offer automated skids adapted to your application, your type of process and your environment.
For example, continuous flow applications will generally require high capacity buffer tanks.
Some buildings are not equipped with a chilled water circuit to supply the regenerator condenser. In which case a chilled water production unit can be incorporated in the skid.
The type of solvent and residue present will require the appropriate materials and mode of operation, with perfectly matched valves, pumps and probes.
Our skids can operate fully autonomously, or be integrated into your automated process.
The skid is then fully equipped, pre-wired and tested in our workshops, for perfect on site integration.
The complete electrical cabinet and the programming of the installation are all included in our offer. We work with all major automation manufacturers such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley Rockwell, Schneider-Electric, Omron, ABB, etc.
